Paddle is the Merchant of Record for non–mainland-China purchases. Your receipt is issued by Paddle; taxes may be collected at checkout per your region.

Payment methods

Paddle (USD): card and local methods supported by Paddle in your region. Manage billing in the Paddle customer portal from in-app subscription settings.
Alipay (CNY): redirect checkout for mainland China deployments.
BYOK (optional): you may supply your own AI provider keys; platform quota rules still apply where documented in the product.

Renewal & cancellation

Paddle subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel at period end or downgrade from the subscription UI. Alipay purchases are typically fixed ~30-day periods unless auto-renew is explicitly enabled.

Refunds

See our dedicated Refund Policy. For Paddle purchases, request refunds through Paddle’s receipt or customer portal. For Alipay, contact us via GitHub Issues with your order ID.
