Service

AI IDE is an open-source, browser-first AI development environment with local editing, optional cloud accounts and workspace sync, AI chat, and usage display. The hosted service is operated at ai-ide-flame.vercel.app.

Platform AI: paid plans include hosted AI usage subject to daily quotas; see Billing & Subscriptions.
BYOK (optional): you may supply API keys from providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic and bear their fees and compliance obligations.
Cloud account (optional): sign-in enables sync and usage tracking when the deployment is correctly configured.
Realtime collaboration (Beta): experimental; may be unstable — do not rely on it for critical production data.

Accounts and security

Provide a valid email and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account; report suspected abuse via Issues.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for security or abuse, with reasonable notice when practicable.

Your content and compliance

You are solely responsible for code and content you upload or share; no unlawful, infringing, or malicious use.
You must comply with your AI providers, Git hosts, and applicable law.
AI output may be wrong or biased — review before production or external use.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are optional. International customers pay via Paddle (Merchant of Record); mainland China customers may pay via Alipay. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Billing & Subscriptions and Refund Policy pages. Checkout prices prevail.

Open source and self-hosting

Software is released under the project LICENSE. You may self-host; operators of other instances are responsible for their users’ data under their own terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Browser IDEs, WebContainer, third-party APIs, and networks may cause data loss or outages.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, maintainers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct damages are capped at amounts you actually paid for this service during the beta (zero during the beta).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service and request cloud data deletion. We may end the beta with notice.
